Der Grappa Riserva 18 Mesi wird aus dem Trester der Merlot, Cabernet, Prosecco und Amarone Traube destilliert und mindestens 18 Monate in Fässern gereift, davon 12 Monate in Eichenfässer und 6 Monate in Kirschbaumfässer.
Die Destillation findet diskontinuierlich, in einem kleinen Kupferkessel, statt.

Die Farbe ist intensiv bernsteinfarben mit goldenen Reflexen. Der Duft ist delikat und langanhaltend mit Anklängen von Konfitüre und Kirsche.
Der harmonische, samtig weiche Geschmack mit zarten Tannin Noten rundet diesen Grappa ab So wird dieses Produkt auch von denjenigen geschätzt, die gewöhnlich keinen Grappa trinken.

Aufgrund seiner Besonderheit sollte dieser Grappa mit einer Temperatur von höchstens 18°C pur aus einem schmalhalsigen Glas genossen werden.
